Today on Alphabet City: Jon Paul acts like a proud Papa over the birth of his newborn—his book Alphabet City: My So-Called Sitcom Life.
Well folks, after about two years, today one of my dreams became a reality—I became the proud parent of a healthy, humorous memoir. Alphabet City is now published and available for sale! Just click the button on the right, or click this link to go the publishing site lulu.com. Note: Chef insisted that I not tell all of you until he could purchase the first copy—cute, right?
There’s an electronic version available in pdf form from lulu, and eventually there will be printed, Kindle and ePub versions available on other popular sites like Amazon and B&N. And while I will let you know when that happens, I think it’s important for you to know that more of your dollars go back to supporting this author when you purchase through lulu.
Boy, oh boy, has this been a wonderful learning experience that really is just beginning! Pretty soon I will be packing my bags and crossing the country to see you in-person for the Alphabet City Book Club House Party Tour.
For now, buy the book and let me know if it made you laugh, smile, cry, scream. Then tell a friend. Hell, tell lots of friends. I need all the help I can get in this new author-parenting endeavor.
My deepest gratitude to all of you who have encouraged me along the way. I won’t list off names because you’re probably mentioned in the book. But hey, you won’t know until you buy it.
